You are running the most fantastic Christmas ad with your "Snow Globe" campaign. This morning I viewed it prior to a competitors ad where their children raced down the stairs and tore into the gifts and I could not believe the difference I felt between the two ads. Congratulations to you!

Last week my Lodge put on a dinner honoring a group of people in town. That part is not why I'm writing. The reason for my note is to let everyone know about how well we were treated by Martin's! One of the Lodge members (who is not a cook by any means) worked with a Martin's store manager to figure out all the food needed to feed a group of 200 people. The manager at the Martin's store was extremely helpful and polite. He helped us with the right ingredients, and even threw in some recipe help too. In the end we spent over $500 for food, but it is our belief that he helped us "buy it right", and we ended up saving a lot of money. We counted on our experience with Martin's to be a good one based on their terrific reputation for customer service, and in the end...it was much better than expected! Thank you Martin's! We'll be coming back again soon!
