Richies Fitness offers top of the line Precor equipment. We are open from 5 - 10 on Monday - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5-8, Saturday 8-2. We offer body sculpt, cycling, weigh-in, computerized body fat check, setting up your goal, helping you out with a dietary plan, putting you on a program to meet your needs, and we have personal trainer upon request and a certified cycling instructor. We know everybody by thier first name and keep up with you to meet your goal.
