The Samaritan Center provides faith based counseling and education services.
Our staff represents a variety of disciplines including: clinical social work, pastoral counseling, psychology, mediation, and marriage and family therapy. At minimum, counselors hold a masters level degree. Staff members are certified and/or licensed by their respective professional organizations. They are well equipped to help a wide range of areas of concern including: Marriage problems Family issues Anxiety Stress Panic disorder Phobias Loss Grief Dilemmas of aging Spiritual concerns Parenting Step-Parenting Divorce related issues Sexual Abuse Depression ADHD/ADD PTSD At the Samaritan Counseling Center, we understand that individuals and families have busy schedules. We can schedule your appointment for daytime as well as evening hours. Call the administrative office at (574) 277-0274 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily to make your first appointment. Our standard rates for a 45 minute session are $135 for the initial assessment and $100 for subsequent sessions. In special circumstances, a portion of a client's fees may be subsidized through the Client Assistance Fund, which is funded by donations. We also accept insurance and are in-network providers for many HMO's and managed care providers. Payment is expected at the time of service.
